I don't know who said it, but I like it! It fits me to a T, and then some! I had to post it as my thoughts of the day.
No workout today. Tweaked my back / aggravated my uneven leg-hip problem lifting my 28 pound 15 month old into a highchair! So, I'm stretching a lot, and icing a lot, and making Dale yank my leg. Literally! I'll be back at it in no time, I'm sure.
